These Terms and Conditions apply to this website and the digital products offered by Nadeem Jan, trading as Digitalized By Nadeem / DEEMWELL. By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. Digistore24’s checkout terms also apply to purchases processed by Digistore24.
1. Digital products and delivery
Products are supplied digitally, normally through an immediate download page and/or email after successful payment. No physical item is shipped. Product descriptions state the files, formats and features included.
2. Licence
After payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased files for your own purposes. You may keep reasonable personal backup copies.
3. Prohibited uses
- Do not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense or rent the files.
- Do not use the files to create a competing product for distribution.
- Do not remove copyright or attribution notices.
- Do not use the website or products for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent or infringing activity.

4. Purchases and refunds
Digistore24 is the reseller and merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout. Prices, taxes, payment processing, order confirmation and statutory cancellation rights are handled at checkout. Where a product page offers a 60-day money-back guarantee, refund requests must be submitted through Digistore24 within that period.

6. No professional advice
Our spreadsheets, templates and guides are educational and organisational tools. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and they do not guarantee any particular result. Check important figures and obtain qualified advice where appropriate.
